Despite their advanced degrees and real-world experience, leaders from some of the most successful corporations in the country are finding there's still opportunity to grow and develop their leadership skills.
Through Notre Dame's Executive Integral Leadership (EIL) program, a weeklong seminar designed to foster the key leadership skills of communication, collaboration and negotiation, participants gain an appreciation for the whole person, including one's health, wellness and spirituality.
A variety of one-on-one coaching sessions, group discussions, interactive activities and individual assignments help participants learn to connect with their values, develop practical tools for immediate application and gain thought-provoking perspectives.
Open to those with 10-plus years of experience and significant expertise, the EIL program has included company presidents, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, vice presidents and directors. Sessions are offered twice a year in ND's Mendoza College of Business. Tuition for the week-long program is $7,450 per person and includes instruction, coaching, materials, assessments, lodging and meals. Tuition is $6,450 for participants from non-profit organizations or for an additional participant from the same organization attending the same session.
The spring 2008 session takes place April 6-11, 2008. For more information or to register, visit the EIL website.
