Bellairs Leaves the Alumni Association

     Chris Bellairs '83 has resigned from his position as associate executive director of the Alumni Association, effective Nov. 2.  He will be joining a Boston company as chief financial officer. 
     "Chris has made outstanding contributions to the Alumni Association during his tenure," said Chuck Lennon '61, '62MA, executive director. "One of Chris' legacies here at Notre Dame is the reorganization of the Alumni Association two years ago.  Under his leadership, the Alumni Board and staff developed a strategic vision and plan that forever changed the way we will communicate and serve our alumni."
     Dick Nussbaum '74, president of the Alumni Board, said "Chris helped take the Alumni Association to a new level of professionalism.  We will benefit from his leadership for many years to come."
      In making the announcement to the Alumni Association staff, Bellairs said, "Thanks to the outstanding NDAA staff and the support we receive from the Alumni Board, our volunteer leaders and the University administration, we field a team that no other university can match."
