Have you logged on to pray.nd.edu lately? If not, you’re in for a surprise. The site has been completely revamped to make it more vibrant, easier to navigate and chock full of spiritual resources.
The daily Gospel reading, Living the Gospel Everyday segment and prayer for the day are prominent on the home page. And now, these readings will be archived on the site, searchable by month or year.
Pray.nd.edu also features an event calendar, which lists retreats, workshops and family vacations. The site also offers information about subscribing to pray.nd.edu from your web browser, e-mail program, or a feed reader.
In conjunction with the recent Notre Dame Forum on Immigration, pray.nd.edu now features a section entitled “The Face of the Immigrant.” You can read a special five-part segment that highlights specific themes regarding a migrant’s journey. Additionally, this section features clips from the video “Dying to Live: A Migrant's Journey” by Rev. Daniel Groody, C.S.C., along with related prayers.
As always, you can make Mass and Grotto prayer requests, and visit spiritual resources such as the Campus Ministry or the Alliance for Catholic Education websites, from the site.
