Printable Business Card  Card toll-free telephone number and brief description of the program. Credit- card-sized piece fits in wallets.

Printable Brochure — Brochure meant for acquainting individuals with the ND Hospital Support Program.

PDF Business Card — Send this version to your local printer for copies to pass out to your membership.

Purchase cards and brochures online directly from the Alumni Association's printer!

Instructions:

1) Type in the username: hospital and password: support.

2) Go into the Hospital Support Materials folder. Here you can choose either the card or brochure.

3) There is only one card and one brochure available. Sometimes the website shows more choices that look exactly the same. These are orders saved by another user (because we are all using the same username and password). Because these materials are not customizable, there is no reason to "save" an order to purchase later. So please just pick one and adjust the quantity to your needs.

4) You will receive a quote beforehand and can then proceed to the check out. Prices vary based on the amount you order. But for an example, one club just purchased 500 cards for just over $60 including shipping.

Note: You can also enter the website using your club's Annual Report username and password. Check the club leader's toolbox for instructions.
